Right of Return
Customers may return received items without giving reasons within a period of two weeks by sending them back. This two weeks' period begins after the receipt of this information in written form (e.g. in a letter, fax, eMail) but not prior to receipt of the ordered items. Only in case of non-mailable items (e.g. in case of bulky items) may the return also be exercised by means of a written demand to redeem the goods. In order to comply with this term it suffices to return the goods or send a written redemption request in due time. In any case, the return will be carried out at our expense/risk. Consequences of Returning Goods
In case of a legally effective return, goods, services and payments on both sides are to be restituted. Compensation for capitalised use (if any) shall be reimbursed. If received goods/services cannot (even partly) be restituted in their original state, a potential loss in value shall be compensated for. This does not apply in case of returned goods when the impairment can exclusively be traced back to the inspection as it would have been possible e.g. in our retail shop. The compensation can also be avoided by not using the goods as if it were your personal property and also by refraining from anything that could possibly impair its value. Obligations concerning the restitution of payments shall be met within 30 days. This term begins for you with the dispatch of the goods/posting the redemption request, and for us on their receipt.
