Adding Articles to your Shopping Cart
Once you have found an article you would like to buy, you can enter the desired number and in some cases also further details (such as the desired colour) and then add this product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button. A click on the "Shopping Cart" button will show you all the items currently contained in your cart. Removing one of these items is simple: just tick the "Remove" box next to it and click "Update Cart". To buy the items in your cart just click "Checkout".
Ordering
Click "Checkout" and on the following page select your dispatch address or add a new address and select a dispatch type (more information on shipping). After clicking "Continue" you may select/enter a billing address and choose your desired payment method (more information on payments). You may also add a comment to us here. Please do not forget to read and accept our Terms and Conditions as well as the Information On the Right of Return. Clicking "Continue" once more will bring you to the next page which sums up your order: articles, dispatch address, billing address and payment details. You can either edit these information, go back to previous pages, cancel your entire order by going to another page, or (which is what we recommend ;-) confirm your order by clicking "confirm". Then your order is submitted, a confirmation message is displayed and your order will be processed by us as quickly as possible.
You will also receive a confirmation eMail. The current status of your order can be monitored on the "My Account" page and further information concerning your order will be sent by eMail. The invoice will be sent together with your order.
My Account
On the "My Account" page our customers can edit their personal information, change their password, set-up a personal address book with up to three different addresses for their orders, subscribe to our newsletter and view a summary of their previous orders. If you have not registered yet you can easily set-up your personal account by clicking "Register Now".
Logout
To avoid that your personal data could be used by others accessing your computer, you should always use the log-out function when leaving our site (more on privacy).
Sales Contract Wording
The wording of the sales contract is stored on our internal systems. Our terms&conditions are available for inspection anytime on this site. Details of your order as well as our terms&conditions will be sent to you by eMail. Your previous orders can be inspected in your personal "My Account" area.
Buying Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be bouhgt with click on the button above. Once you have bought a gift certificate and it has been activated on receipt of your payment, the value is displayed below your shopping cart. Now you can use the "send gift certificate" link to send it by eMail.
How to send a Gift Certificate
In order to send a Gift Certificate please click the "send Gift Certificate" link in your shopping cart. For this purpose we need the following information: the recipient's name and surname, their valid eMail address, the certificate's value (please note that you can also send parts of your credit balance), and a short message to the recipient. Please do not forget to check the information before sending it. Until then you can always correct the information.
Paying with Gift Certificates
As soon as you have a positive credit balance you can use it to pay your orders. During the order transaction you can redeem your gift certificates. If the value of your order exceeds your credit balance, please choose a method of payment for the remaining amount. If your credit balance exceeds the value of your order, the remainder will be set off with your next order.
You received a Gift Certificate?
When you receive a Gift Certificate please redeem it as follows:
1. Click on the link in your eMail. If you don't already have a personal account please sign up for a new account.
2. Put as many items into your shopping cart as you like, then click on the "cart" button and enter your Gift Certificate code.
Any Problems?
Should you encounter any problems with a Gift Certificate, please contact us (by email: info@musikboutique-wiedemann.de) and give us a detailed description of the problem. In order to help you we need the following information: your account number, the certificate code, any error messages displayed by the system, your operating system, the browser you are using.
